At DispensePro, we want you to be confident when purchasing our digital resources. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may and may not be available for products purchased through our website.

Digital Products

All products sold by DispensePro are digital products supplied electronically, including SOPs, policies, templates, forms, checklists, implementation packs and other downloadable resources.

No physical goods are supplied.

Your Right to Cancel

Where applicable under UK consumer law, consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel certain online purchases.

However, for digital content supplied immediately, you may lose your right to cancel once the supply or download of the digital content begins, provided you have expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged that this means losing your right to cancel.

By requesting immediate access to a digital product at checkout, you acknowledge that the product will be supplied without waiting for the 14-day cancellation period to expire and that your right to cancel will be lost once supply begins.

Refunds for Digital Products

Because our digital products are supplied electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, we do not normally offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or access to the digital content has begun.

However, this does not affect your statutory rights.

We will consider a refund, replacement or other appropriate remedy where:

  • The digital product is faulty or corrupted.

  • You are unable to access or download the product due to a technical issue attributable to us.

  • You receive a product materially different from the product you ordered.

  • You are charged more than once for the same transaction.

  • A refund or other remedy is required under applicable law.

Change of Mind

We do not normally provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases once access to or supply of the digital content has begun.

Please review the product description carefully before purchasing to ensure that the resource is suitable for your requirements.

Compatibility and Editing

Our editable products are supplied in Microsoft Word format unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have suitable software capable of opening and editing the relevant file format.

A refund will not normally be provided solely because a customer does not have compatible software, provided the file format was clearly stated before purchase.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the circumstances and, where appropriate, refund the duplicate transaction.

Regulatory and Professional Responsibility

DispensePro resources are designed to support community pharmacy teams with documentation, implementation and compliance activities.

Our resources do not replace professional judgement, legal advice, regulatory guidance or the individual responsibility of pharmacy owners, superintendent pharmacists, responsible pharmacists or other healthcare professionals.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and adapting documents as appropriate for their pharmacy, organisation, local procedures and current regulatory requirements.
