Licence Agreement

1. Introduction

This Licence Agreement explains how you may use digital products purchased from DispensePro.

By purchasing or downloading any product from our website, you agree to comply with the terms of this Licence Agreement.

2. Licence Granted

When you purchase a product from DispensePro, you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that product.

You do not acquire ownership of the intellectual property contained within the product.

3. Permitted Use

Unless otherwise stated, you may:

• Use the product within the purchasing pharmacy or organisation.

• Edit the Microsoft Word documents to reflect your own procedures and branding.

• Print copies for use within your organisation.

• Store copies on your organisation's internal systems.

• Use the documents as part of your day-to-day pharmacy operations.

4. You Must Not

You must not:

• Share products with another pharmacy or organisation that has not purchased its own licence.

• Upload products to websites, cloud storage or file-sharing platforms where unauthorised people can access them.

• Sell, resell, sublicense or redistribute any DispensePro product.

• Claim authorship or ownership of our documents.

• Remove copyright notices where included.

• Include our documents within another commercial product for resale.

5. Pharmacy Groups

Each purchasing pharmacy or legal organisation may use the purchased product internally.

If products are required for multiple organisations or separate legal entities, a separate licence must be purchased for each organisation unless a multi-site licence has been agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All products remain the intellectual property of DispensePro.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• SOPs

• Policies

• Templates

• Forms

• Checklists

• Implementation packs

• Guidance documents

• Supporting materials

All copyright and other intellectual property rights remain with DispensePro.

7. Product Updates

Unless specifically stated on the product page, the purchase of a product does not include future updates or revisions.

Where updates are provided, these are supplied at the sole discretion of DispensePro.

8. No Transfer

Your licence may not be transferred, assigned or sold to another individual or organisation.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate this licence where we reasonably believe it has been breached.

Termination does not remove our right to pursue any other legal remedies available.

10. Disclaimer

Our resources are designed to support community pharmacy documentation and implementation.

They do not replace professional judgement, current NHS guidance, GPhC standards or legal advice.

Customers remain responsible for reviewing, adapting and implementing documents appropriately within their own organisation.
